This induction kit is designed for: VW Golf and Scirocco, Audi A3 and other vehicles sharing platforms vw golf v and vi using the turbo diesel engine 1.9 and 2.0 tdi. This kit increases the airflow and the air intake noise compared to what offers equipment factory fitted. It can be installed on the mounting points present on a standard air box (factory standard) and can adapt to the vacuum pipe characteristic of most 2.0TDI air boxes.

What's in the kit? Ramair - air filter jetstream - cone. This air filter cone-shaped, with a base in extruded aluminum, has a structure with foam double layer and of a supporting grid made of stainless steel, with a large radius collector which acts as the trumpet of intake, reducing turbulence and allowing the best possible rate. Silicone air inlet pipe 4 of high quality layers; diameter: 80 mm; connects the filter to the housing of the air mass sensor. Heat shield with oem mounting points. The laser cut heat shield, folded with precision, with black powder paint application, is designed to fit directly to the mounting points of a standard OEM airbox (factory standard) with no modifications required. By constituting a physical barrier between the air filter and the remainder of the engine compartment, and redirecting the cold air towards the conical filter, the heat shield helps to maintain a low temperature at the air inlet.
