The engine has been assembled according to the scheme of a brand new engine. Type: 1.6 TDI (diesel). Power: 77 kW / 105 HP. Installed (from-to): 02/2009 - 11/2012. Each reconditioned engine goes through a series of inspection and repair processes. First, we assess the overall condition of the engine. The engine is then fully disassembled.

We meticulously check and evaluate the condition of all engine components. All engine parts are cleaned in an ultrasonic or high-pressure cleaner. The piston-crank system components undergo a series of adjustment measures. Wear parts are replaced with new ones.

The cylinder head also undergoes an inspection and measurement process. Each cylinder head is then overhauled, where we carry out the following work: Thorough cleaning of the cylinder head and its components. Planing of the block seating surface. Replacement of valve stem seals. A deposit is required at the time of purchase. Conditions for returning the old engine. If the engine purchased from us is suspended on a stand, when returning the old part (to recover the deposit), it must be attached to the stand provided with our merchandise. The old part must be of the same type and originally installed by the manufacturer. It must not be assembled from damaged parts. If the engine has been overhauled or disassembled (head removed), please inform us as the return of such an engine is possible by appointment.

The old engine must not have any breaks, cracks, or damage caused by external force (mechanical damage, for example due to a violent impact). The old part delivered must match the part we delivered. The engine to be returned must be free of liquids and oils, and no liquid must escape from it. If this happens due to the fault of the person returning the old engine, cleaning costs will be borne by the customer. The old engine must be returned within 30 days.

In exceptional cases, it is possible to return the old part later. If this is the case, please contact our company within 30 days of the purchase date to arrange a new appointment.

Each of our customers is treated individually and we are open to collaboration. The product is sold under the exchange system.

The deposit is charged additionally for each item. Once you return the old part to us, we will refund your deposit. Deposits will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the old part.

The functionality warranty only applies if the spare part is used and installed professionally by a specialized workshop (with documentation). Damage caused by insufficient fuel and external influences are excluded from the warranty. Over 10 years in the market.
